St. Peters Church
St Peter’s Church in Dorchester is a church with a tower, inside the tower are 8 bells dating from as far back as 1743, one of the bells weighs in at over a ton.
The church boasts a troop of bell ringers that hold regular practices and welcome new ringers experienced ringers alike.

The Keep Military Muesum
The Keep Military Museum is situated on the main road heading towards Bridport and is an easy landmark to spot. Designed to look like a Norman Castle and built out of local stone from Portland, construction was finished in 1879.
Originally a gatehouse for the Depot Barracks of the Dorsetshire Regiment and it also served as the County Armoury.
